RagnaChooser End-of-Life Notice
Hello, this is Blackbeard writing to you about the status of RagnaChooser (and RC2).
As you might have heard, this tool is no longer supported.
It was due to factors beyond my control, and unfortunately, I couldn't do anything about it other than stop support for this tool.
The RagnaChooser tool was born when I was playing the game "Ragnarock" and found that it lacked the playlist feature or any kind of useful shuffle feature.
(The random song selection function is added to the game, however, its implementation was terrible last time I checked.)
It was a product of my love and devotion to the game and its community. I have continued to update the tool with new features, new songs added to the game, bug fixes, and various quality-of-life improvements.
It was great having community members recommend me what features needed to be there or fixed, as it made me feel welcomed.
I felt I was making a positive effort to better the experience of fellow players with what little coding skills I had.
But all things, good or bad, will eventually come to an end, and this tool was no exception.
Despite my continued efforts to allocate time and attention (as well as some investment in some cases) to this tool, unfortunately, it has become clear that it just isn't worth it anymore.
I was stretching myself too thin, and I was about to collapse from the exhaustion. I couldn't handle my life, let alone various other projects and other things I was involved in.
So, with great regret in my heart, I've decided to stop the support of this tool. I'm sorry.
I hope you found my tool useful for what you desired, and I hope you continue to enjoy it until the day this tool becomes obsolete or useless to you.
Thank you for your support. I love you all, and I will fondly remember the good times we had.
